Short Biography: DEBASISH SWAPNESH KUMAR NAYAK is currently an Assistant professor at Department of Computer Science and Engineering, SOET, Centurion University of Management and Technology, Bhubaneswar, India. He is continuing his Ph.D. at Department of Computer Science and Engineering, FET-ITER, Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (Deemed to be) University, Bhubaneswar, India. He obtained his M. Tech in Computer Science and Data Processing from Siksha ‘O’ Anusandhan (Deemed to be) University in 2015. He also obtained Master of Computer Science and Application from Orissa University of Agriculture and Technology in 2009. He has a total expertise of 13 years in the field of Teaching, Research and Development, and Software Development. He has over 45 publications in SCIE, Scopus journals, and conferences. He served as core committee member, Chair in IEEE RMC-2024 and ICAIHC-2025.His research interests include the AI for Biomedical Research, Deep Learning, Infectious Disease, Antimicrobial Resistance Analysis, Cancer Biology, Biomedical Engineering, IoT, and Data Mining.

Dr. T. Anuradha
Is currently working as the Professor and Head of the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at KCG College of Technology, Chennai. She has completed her B.E in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Madurai Kamaraj University and pursued her M.E. in Power Systems Engineering and Ph.D in Faculty of Electrical Engineering at Anna University. Dr. T. Anuradha has 29 years of experience which include 20 years of academic / research activities and 9 years of Engineering Consultancy Services to multinational oil companies. Her primary research interests are Renewable Energy Systems, Power Systems, Power Electronics and Drives, Smart Grids, Electric Vehicles and other Sustainable Technologies. She currently focuses on developing eco-friendly, cost-effective hybrid renewable energy systems for rural electrification projects and IOT, AI, ML based control techniques for Electric vehicles and smart grid applications.
She is the winner of of AICTE – Lilavati Award 22, World Education Congress –“Prof. Indira Parikh Top 50 Women in Education Leader Award” and Dewang Mehta National Education Award for Best Professor in Electrical Engineering Studies She is the member of IEEE, IET, and Imperial Society of Innovative Engineers (ISIE). Being an executive member of International Wind empowerment Association and an active workgroup member of India Smart Grid Forum (ISGF) (Ministry of Power initiative), she has organized and convened many AICTE, DST IET funded projects, Faculty Development Programs, certified Short Term Training Programs and mentored several innovative projects in the Smart Grid Technologies and Solar-Wind Hybrid Systems for sustainable rural electrification.
She has authored and coauthored 85 research papers in IEEE, IET, Springer, Elsevier, ISA transactions and other refereed journal publications and presented her research works in several leading power and industrial conferences. She has granted 2 Australian patents, 1 Germen patent, 6 UK patents,4 Indian Design patents and published 14 Indian patents to her credit so far.
She has also served as the expert reviewer for IEEE Industrial Electronics, IET Power electronics, IET Renewable Power Generation, IET Intelligent Transport Systems, and contributed as the Technical Advisory Committee Member and Session Chair for many IEEE and International conferences

Dr. Bijay Kumar Paikaray currently serves as an Associate Professor at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Siksha 'O' Anusandhan (Deemed to be) University, Odisha, India. With 16 years of robust academic experience, he is deeply committed to both teaching and research. Dr. Paikaray leverages his extensive knowledge and expertise to foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment in the classroom. In addition to teaching, Dr. Paikaray has authored more than ninety peer-reviewed national and international research publications, holds two national patents, and has authored three international books. He actively participates as a program chair and general chair for various academic conferences, serves as a reviewer for many journals, and organizes workshops and seminars. The area of interest is on Information Security, Machine Learning, Data Science, and IoT.
