Abstract
With the increasing rate of development in the business world today, organizational sustainability has emerged as a strategic objective, whereby the use of innovative technology for better decision making and performance becomes essential for leaders. Leaders are faced with the challenge of integrating the AI capabilities in line with their strategic objectives, data quality issues, ethical dilemmas, and skill gaps for attaining sustainability. The current research goal is to inspect the inspiration of AI-powered management capabilities such as AISL, AIDMP, and AIOF on OSO in corporations. Quantitative data were gathered from 250 managers working in different industries through questionnaires and organization performance data. Analysis was done using IBM SPSS 26. The data were analysed utilizing Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and regression analysis to evaluate the relationship among AI-driven leadership competencies (AILC) and organizational sustainability indicators, including resource efficiency, environmental compliance, and long-term financial performance. The results show significant positive effects on OSO, with AILC exerting the strongest influence (β = 0.34), followed by AIDMP (β = 0.29), and AISL (β = 0.21).AI-driven leadership competencies enable sustainable organizational growth and offer practical guidance for executives integrating technology into sustainability strategies.
