Abstract

Human capital is one of the valuable assets of an Organization that is playing an integral part in long-term sustainability. Traditional Return on Investment (ROI) measurement methods do not account for intangible efforts of staff, like skills, innovation, and engagement. Artificial Intelligence (AI) integration promotes data DDT, forthcoming inspections, and realtime workforce assessments. The purpose of the present paper is to propose an AI-powered Human Capital ROI (HCROI) framework for measuring employee productivity for human resource planning and optimizing payments for talent acquisition and retention. The framework offers end-to-end data pipeline from data preparation to AI-powered analyses, answer generation, and automated HR decisions, integrating quantitative financial measures with qualitative workforce insights. Industry sector analyses of empirical and comparative studies illustrate that HCROI has shown to improve productivity, retention, and cost efficiency of operations to a great extent for different industry sectors when it comes to deep learning and predictive analytics.
