Abstract

The research investigated the Moringa Oleifera filler-blended with epoxy resin to study the mechanical, biodegradability, and thermal properties of the newly developed epoxy composite. Through compression molding process the composites were fabricated. The Optimum mechanical properties, storage modulus, and glass transition temperature were observed in the newly developed composite. Thermal analysis exposed that including natural Moringa Oleifera as filler underwrote to improved thermal stability in the composite. In a biodegradability tests (soil burial), the addition of bio resin resulted in weight loss in the composite. These findings collectively signify the positive effects of Moringa Oleifera filler and bio resin on the composite's mechanical, dynamic mechanical, thermal, and biodegradable characteristics. The 20% filler loading emerged as a particularly promising configuration for overall performance.
