Abstract

Artificial Intelligence is changing the way FinTech companies work in Bangalore. In my observation Many companies are now using AI in digital payments online loans wealth management and insurance services. I feel that Technologies like machine learning chatbots predictive analytics and automated risk checking help companies work faster improve customer service and reduce fraud. This study examines how AI helps FinTech companies improve their daily operations customer satisfaction security and business decisions. The present study used information collected from employees and managers through questionnaires along with company reports journals and industry data. The findings show that AI helps reduce transaction time improve credit checking and provide better financial services to customers. AI systems also help companies detect fraud and suspicious activities quickly. However companies still face problems such as high implementation cost data privacy concerns unclear regulations and shortage of skilled AI professionals. The study also found that companies using more AI perform better and are more innovative than others. Overall AI has become an important tool for the growth and future success of FinTech companies in Bangalore.
