Abstract
Kidney stone disease is a frequent and painful condition in the urology sphere that needs to be diagnosed in time and correctly in order to avoid complications. Conventional ways of diagnosis use a lot of manual interpretation of medical imaging including ultrasound, CT scans, and X-rays that could be time-consuming and open to human error. This initiative outlines a deep learningbased system of detection and analysis of kidney stones following medical images. The suggested system employs Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) to learn automatically valuable visual features (bright spots) (density of stones), edge shapes, and texture patterns in input images. The model views the medical image and marks the possible stone areas and creates bounding boxes around the identified stones. It also gives a score of confidence of likelihood of successful detection. The system is trained on annotated medical imaging data and tested in terms of performance measures, including accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. The experimental findings prove that the deep learning model is extremely accurate in detecting and takes much less time to diagnose than the conventional manual approach. This study points out the opportunity of deep deep learning methods in enhancing the effectiveness, accuracy and automation of kidney stones diagnosis, which eventually leads to assisting medical practitioners to make clinical decisions and improve patient care.
